The Executive Chairman of Ogbadibo LGA, Hon. David Abah Umoru has explained why he is yet to inaugurate the members of his cabinet after weeks of his swearing-in.
Umoru was responding to social media attacks on him that his reason was pregnant with meaning.
In a statement, Mark Akogwu, Head Media Team, the chairman promised an all-inclusive government and in line with that, “it is no big deal to inaugurate his cabinet.”

The attention of the Media Team of Hon David Abah Umoru has been drawn to the rumors circulating on social media and other communication channels that Hon David Abah Umoru did not want to inaugurate the members of his cabinet after weeks of his swearing-in.
We would have ignored the falsehood and misinformation by the peddlers of such malicious news but this disclaimer becomes necessary to set the records straight for the good people of Ogbadibo and to correct the false impression the purveyors of the falsehood intend to achieve.
Note that the Chairman has promised an all-inclusive government and in line with that, it is no big deal to inaugurate his cabinet.
However, as a leader with respect to due process, the inauguration ‘s date will soon be announced accordingly.
By this Press Release, we wish to urge the good people of Ogbadibo to ignore all contrary rumors as they are only tools by the enemies to create disunity. The Chairman is committed to the development of the local government and he would carry everyone along in the piloting of the affairs of the council.
