In a post shared on his official platform, Adekunle Gold highlighted the unfortunate reality that men tend to have shorter lifespans than women.
He emphasized this point with a simple but powerful message: “Men, take care of yourself. Grandma outlives grandpa in this world.”
On 2019 analysis by the World Health Organization (WHO), which stated that women generally enjoy longer lifespans than men. This difference is often attributed to the fact that men tend to seek healthcare services less frequently than women.
The WHO further explained these disparities in life expectancy, revealing that a baby boy born in Africa in 2016 could expect to live to age 60, while a baby girl could expect to live to 63.
