Why Peter Obi will never get my support – Seyi Law

Popular Nigerian comedian Oluwaseyitan Lawrence Aletile, better known as Seyi Law, has stated that he will never support the presidential ambition of Peter Obi, the former Labour Party candidate.

Seyi Law said he would never support Obi’s presidential ambition due to his failure to call the Obidient movement to order.

In an interview on the Teju Babyface podcast, Seyi Law recalled how Obidients attacked his wife and children because he supported President Bola Tinubu.

He lamented that Obi has refused to admit that Obidients attacked those who did not support him.

Seyi Law said, “I don’t feel bad at all because when people talk too much, I curse them. One of the blessings God gave me is that my anger doesn’t last—except when it comes to attacks on my wife, children, or mother. That’s where I draw the line.”

He added that there can be no forgiveness when his loved ones are targeted.

“There is nothing Peter Obi can do to earn my support.

As long as he refuses to call his followers to order and continues to deny their actions, he will never have my backing.”

He concluded by saying, “Even if Peter Obi wears the garment of Jesus Christ, he will never get my support. Any group that suppresses free thinking is no different from a cult.”
