Why women should be allowed to have 2 husbands – Idoma-born actress, Susan Peters

Idoma-born Nollywood actress, Susan Peters has made a case for Nigerian women.

Susan Peters said that women should be allowed to marry two husbands.

The actress asked if life would be better if this happens.

Polygamy is allowed in many African cultures but it is only permitted when it involves a man. Only a man is allowed to have as many wives as possible, whether he has the capacity to take care of them or not.

However, it is not the same for women. A woman who cohabits with more than one man is seen to have committed a taboo. The society frowns at such a situation and the woman may be punished.

But Nollywood actress Susan Peters has made a case for women as regards this matter. The beautiful entertainer took to her social media page to state that women should be allowed to marry two husbands.

She said that the union between a woman and two men should be permitted incase thunder fires one. Peters wanted to know if life would be better if women are permitted to take more than one man as life partners.

As expected, the actress’ fans have responded to her. Many laughed at the entertainer’s statement while some agreed with her.
