Wike returns to Nigeria amid reports of secret meeting with Tinubu

Nyesom Wike, Rivers State Governor is back in Nigeria.
Wike returned to Nigeria after spending a few days in Turkey where he had gone to take what he described as a ‘deserving rest.’

While in Turkey, reports emerged that Wike flew to France to have a secret meeting with the presidential candidate of the All Progressives Congress, APC, Bola Tinubu.

The report followed the anger that trailed the refusal of Atiku to name Wike as running mate.

Wike arrived at the Port Harcourt International Airport amid cheers from members of his cabinet and some Riverians Saturday evening.
