An extremely wild fire has engulfed a high-rise office building in Changsha, capital of China’s southern province of Hunan.
It was gathered that the paint outside the building went up in flames and spread right up the skyscraper.
Local media reports that the fire has been put out, but said that casualty numbers are to be ascertain.
