WizKid’s fan calls Davido ‘Lagbaja’ of Nigeria for saying he is bigger than Drake

An Internet troll suspected to be a member of Wizkid FC – fanbase- has mockingly termed self-aclaimed king of afrobeats, Davido as ‘Lagbaja’ of Nigerian music for daring to say he is bigger than global popstar and Wizkid’s frequent collaborator, Drake.

The singer had earlier said Drake is the Davido of America and not the other way round while responding to a tweet by Universal Music Nigeria’s artiste, Alpha P who said Davido is the Drake of Nigeria.

“Davido is the Drake of Nigeria, think about it,” Alpha P tweeted.

Davido responded, “Drake the Davido of America think about it ❤️.”

Which didn’t go down well for Wizkid fans who never missed any opportunity to drag Davido, their fav’s ace-rival.

One of the fans replied the tweet almost immediately discrediting Davido’s claim.

“Davido lagbaja of Nigeria…,” the Wizkid fan @Philboty tweeted replying to Davido’s tweet.

Since Drake, one of the biggest music figures in the world collaborated with Wizkid, both fans of Wizkid and Davido have being using it to troll themselves and their favs, with Wizkid’s fans saying Davido wished he was they one Drake worked with, and Davido’s fans always replying with the assertion that “Davido is bigger than Drake.”
