Yahaya Bello speaks on fighting Buhari over refusal to declare COVID-19 case in Kogi

The Governor of Kogi State, Alhaji Yahaya Bello, has debunked the rumours in some quarters that there is a crack between him and President Muhammadu Buhari following his refusal to declare COVID-19 in the state.

The governor said he doesn’t need to lie where there is not case in the state.

His words, “There is no issue between me and Mr president .Baba is known for his integrity, honesty and commitment to serve Nigeria and that is why the people elected him twice. He doesn’t need sycophant but those that can tell him the truth. I am not at loggerhead with the agency of the Federal Government.
