A young footballer, Sunday Gabriel has died in a controversial and mysterious circumstance.
IDOMA VOICE gathered that Gabriel, who hailed from Otukpa in Ogbadibo slept Monday afternoon and couldn’t wake up again.
Confirming the shocking news to IDOMA VOICE, a neighbor told our reporter that until his death, Sunday had completed his National Diploma program from Nasarawa State Polytechnic and was waiting for the HND admission.
“It is sad my brother, Sunday lived with his parents at Ado in Karu Local Government Area of Nasarawa State. Sunday was just 22 years with so much dreams. It was shocking that he just slept and couldn’t wake up again. He was never sick, he never complained of any ailment. His death was just mysterious.
“Sunday took a nap so that when he wakes up he can go for his normal football training with his friends but that was end of his career and dreams.”
