Ahead of the Saturday’s elections, the Deputy Speaker of the Benue State House of Assembly and People’s Democratic Party (PDP) House of Representatives candidate for Otukpo/Ohimini federal constituency, Hon. Egli Johnson Ahubi has received the blessings and endorsement of the Otukpo muslim community, elders and youths in Asa, Obaganya, Ebologba and Igbanonmaje area.
According to the Otukpo people, Hon. Egli Ahubi is a child who is destined for greatness and can’t be stopped.
Elder Ochinokwu Onah who spoke at Igbanonmaje said “I’ve also known that Egli will go far in life, when I was a staff at Federal Technical College Otukpo which was his secondary school, he was one of the brightest and the Head boy. I pray you find all that you seek because you have already demonstrated that you are capable of transforming your people.” He said.
Similarly, Baba Emola, Alhaji Mamuda, others who spoke at different areas of visitation all blessed and endorsed the legislator to attain the green chamber position saying that his victory is sacred and heavenly ordained by God and the spirit of the forefathers of the Otukpo people.
The lawmaker in is remark expressed gratitude to the people for supporting him over the years and now as he appeal to them to vote for all PDP candidates during the elections adding that he is optimistic that the party is the most set to deliver effective governance and liberate the people from the present pathetic situation introduced by the APC.
