The unending rivalry and war of words between Nnamdi Kanu, the leader of the proscribed Indigenous People of Biafra (IPOB), and Ralph Uwazuruike, founder of Movement for the Actualisation of Sovereign State of Biafrà (MASSO), recently took another dimension as IPOB leader asserted that his former boss and leader of MASSO, Uwazuruike is always high on illegal substances.
This comes after Uwazuruike on Wednesday said the IPOB-owned security out, Eastern Security Network, ESN, is illegal adding that the organization lacked the power to set up such an outfit. He also asserted that it only exist on social media.
Kanu in a chat with The Nation, likened Uwazuruike’s comment to that of a possessed man.
The IPOB leader who spoke through IPOB Media and Publicity Secretary, Emma Powerful, said to respond is to dignify Uwazuruike who people knew too well.
“We don’t want to dignify Uwazuruike with response because people knew him very well that he is on drugs every time and he is flipantly talking like someone who is possessed,” he said.
