Minimum Qualifications:

• NCE or ND in Management Sciences, Natural Sciences, Social Sciences, or Engineering disciplines

Key Responsibilities:

• Safely transport customers from the originating station to the destination
• Collaborate with a motivated team to deliver real solutions in the transport sector
• Provide information and address inquiries regarding products and services
• Resolve customer issues and manage the company’s reputation
• Communicate effectively with colleagues and key stakeholders
• Prepare and submit incident reports as required

Requirements:

• Experienced driver with a valid national driver’s license (2nd issue)
• At least 4 years of long-distance driving experience (commercial driving preferred)
• Excellent time management and communication skills
• Basic computer and ICT skills
• Ability to adapt, multitask, and handle pressure
• Social intelligence, empathy, and customer service skills
• Flexibility and willingness to relocate if necessary
• Trustworthy with confidential information

Additional Requirement:

• Must reside in Makurdi or Abuja (accommodation not provided)
