Uba made the call today, 16th October, 2022 at the Thanksgiving and birthday celebration of Commissioner for Health and Human Services, prof. Joseph Ngbea at NKST Ngbea, Gboko West.

He posited that as someone with the fear of God, he would not relent in contributing to the work of God.

In his remarks, the celebrant, prof. Joseph Aondowase Ngbea said, God has been faithful in his life by giving him good health, family and enabling him to reach the zenith of his profession as a medical doctor, commissioner for health and human services, among many other accomplishments in life and deems it fit to return thanks to Him.
He commended governor Ortom for the numerous projects he has executed in Gboko as well as the numerous appointments he has given to the people and urged them to reciprocate the good gesture when the time comes.

Also speaking, chairman of the occasion, prof. Anthony Ijohor who spoke through the chairman, Gboko Local Government Council, Isaac Mtom lauded prof. Ngbea for giving back to God and enjoined other people to emulate him.
In his capacity, the Gboko Council Boss said it was incumbent on Benue people and particularly the womenfolk to mobilize support for Uba for their interest to be adequately represented in government as opposed to someone who has no wife.

On her part, Chairman BIRS, Chief Mrs Mimi Orubibi, urged the people of Gboko to take advantage of the first lady position due to come to Gboko and vote for Uba in next year’s general elections.
Ter Gboko, HRH, Gabriel Shoshum poured encomium on prof Ngbea and the Gboko Council Chairman, Isaac Mtom for the good work they are doing in Gboko and called on other government appointees in Gboko to emulate the duo by extending the Ortom largesse to all and sundry.

Earlier in his sermon, the resident pastor, NKST Ishegh, Rev. S.T Gbajime admonished leaders and the political class to continue to do what is pleasant to God and humanity
The cleric likened Uba to the biblical Gaius who exibited love to the needy and to the work of God and urged the guber candidate to remain within the canopy of God to continue to enjoy his blessings
