The African Democratic Congress, ADC, has urged Hon. Inalegwu Ejembi to join its fold ahead of the 2027 general elections, expressing confidence in his ability to deliver effective representation.

ADC stakeholders from Okpokwu Local Government Area made the appeal during a weekend courtesy visit, where they pledged to mobilise grassroots support for Ejembi’s ambition to represent the Ado/Okpokwu/Ogbadigbo Federal Constituency.

Leading the delegation, Hon. Peter Abba, Chairman of the Edumoga Ehaje Central Working Committee, said the party’s values align with Ejembi’s vision. He was accompanied by elder Mathias Oche, Hon. Emmanuel Ape, Hon. Peter Abraham Oko and Hon. Clement Agada.

The group described Ejembi as a credible and people-oriented leader capable of advancing the constituency’s interests in the National Assembly.

Responding, Ejembi thanked the ADC delegation for the show of confidence, describing the visit as a great honour. He reaffirmed his commitment to prioritising the welfare of his constituents if elected.

“My political mission is simple, to build a constituency where the welfare of the people is the highest priority,” Ejembi said.
