BREAKING: Cherubim and Seraphim leader Emmanuel Alogbo dies at 93

The spiritual father and leader of the Cherubim and Seraphim Movement Church Worldwide, Ayo Ni O, Emmanuel Alogbo, has passed away at the age of 93.

The church announced his death on Thursday, stating that the cleric died peacefully in the early hours of the day at his residence in Lagos.

In a statement signed by the Secretary-General of the C and S Church, Prophet Anthony Olusesan Samaye, Alogbo passed away at about 2:10 a.m. in the presence of his family members and domestic staff.

“With gratitude to God Almighty for a life well spent, on behalf of the Board of Trustees and the entire church, I write to inform you all that our Spiritual Father was called to glory in the early hours of today, July 30, 2026, at about 2:10 a.m.,” the statement read.

The church added that further details regarding his burial arrangements would be communicated later.
