Benue State University introduces new dress code for students, bans sagging, opening of breast

The management of the Benue State University, Makurdi has introduced new dress code for students.

The school in a memo pasted around its campus banned sagging of trousers, opening of breast among male and female students and emphasized that students either adhere to it or go back home.
