Benue PDP Chieftain Dumps Party
A chieftain of the Peoples Democratic Party, PDP in Benue, Sir Wilfred Ioryange Duenya Ph.D has dumped his party.
Sir Duenya, a retired DGSA and immediate past Commissioner at the Local Government Service Commission in Benue State has been a long time friend of the Benue State Governor, Samuel Ortom.
In a letter addressed to the PDP Chairman of Ikyonov Council Ward, Sir Duenya said he needs more time to concentrate on his family business at the moment and would not be free to participate in political activities anymore.
He thanked the governor and other PDP faithful that he worked closely with while in his former party.
Sir Duenya, a community mobilizer had played a key role in the 2019 reelection bid of his friend, the Governor of Benue State.
