Tor Tiv bestows chieftaincy title on Rivers State Gov, Wike

His Royal Majesty, Orchivirigh, Prof. James Ortese Iorzua Ayatse, Tor Tiv V, has bestowed the title of IGYUVE I TIV ( The Eagle of Tiv) on Rivers State Governor, Bar. Nyeson Wike.

Wike who was among the dignitaries that witnessed the commissionong of the ultra-modern Tor Tiv Palace in Gboko Local Government Area of Benue State, on Thursday, was honored with the prestigious title.

IDOMA VOICE reports that Rivers State Governor, Nyesom Wike, Governor Aminu Tambuwal of Sokoto State, Enugu State Governor, Ifeanyi Ugwuanyi, and Governor Abdullahi Sule of Nasarawa State, on Thursday, joined Governor Samuel Ortom of Benue State, for the commissioning of the Ultra-morden Tor Tiv Palace and roads projects in Gboko Local Government of the state.

The roads commissioned are the
Aper-Aku Road, Martins Dent Road and
Isaac Shaahu Road.

Wike now joined other prominent non-Tivs like former Vice President, Atiku Abubakar, to have received the prominent Tiv chieftaincy titles.
