Abba Moro vs Joe Ojobo: Latest update from court in Makurdi

A Makurdi Federal High court has adjourned till December 7 a case brought before it by Joseph Ojobo against his opponent in the last Peoples Democratic Party’s primary election in Benue South.

Ojobo had claimed the process that led to the emergence of Moro was faulty.

However, the judge adjourned the case on the ground that INEC and the PDP lawyers said that the counsel of Ojobo didn’t serve them the notice until this morning and due to pressure on the national body of PDP that they couldn’t prepare there own process therefore they should be given time to respond.

The judge granted their prayer.
