The entire community of the Igbos in Ado Local Government yesterday named James Oche their political leader and pledged to remain absolutely loyal in doing his political biddings.

The group also commended the developmental efforts of the Chairman especially in the aspect of security, social integration and policy and administration which has reaffirmed their confidence and dissuaded them from relocating as most of them had prepared.

This was the truest essence of the courtesy call paid on the Ado Council Boss yesterday in his hometown of Apa-Agila by the group. They noted that, though young, James Oche has shown uncommon leadership dexterity and they further declared him their political leader and mentor, pledging to follow his steps in every way.

The group was led by His Royal Highness Igwe Ihenacho H Uwom and Chief Mathew Ezenwodo the Branch President who both spoke commendably of the developmental strides of the Oche administration and how much it had allayed their fears.

James Oche speaking in response appreciated the community of Ado Igbos and further assured them of his administration’s due consideration for them. He urged them to remain cooperative and supportive of his efforts.

On ground to receive the visitors were; the Leader of Ado Legislative Assembly, Emmanuel Ajagbo, the Deputy Leader Friday Aduadu, the Senior Special Assistant to the Governor, Andrew Ugbala, the Ado Majority Leader and Councilor for Apa-Agila, Sunday Oche.

Others were; Councilor for Akpoge Ogbilolo, Mr. Kizito Onazi, Councilor for Igumale Ward 1, Hon. Sunday Aboh, LG Adviser on Revenue Mathew Ikpoki, LG Adviser on Intra-Party Relations Ekpe Okefie, Supervisory Councilor for Works, Joseph Echor as well as Chief Attah Obande.
