Armed robbers kill 57-year-old man in Bauchi

A 57-year-old man, Alhaji Mohammed Samaila, has been killed by suspected armed robbers in Gaina village, Misau Local Government Area of Bauchi State.
According to an eyewitness, the assailants invaded the victim’s residence, stole an undisclosed sum of money, and fatally shot him before fleeing the scene.
Confirming the incident, the Police Command spokesman, Ahmed Wakili, stated that a distress call was received at approximately 3:10 a.m. on December 14, 2024.
He added that the report came from Alhaji Samaila Gaina, a 75-year-old resident of Gaina village, who witnessed the tragic incident.
