Benue: Confusion as fire razes Mount Saint Micheal secondary school in Makurdi

Catholic Diocese of Makurdi have been thrown into a state of confusion as an unknown fire ravaged some buildings of the famous Mount Saint Michael Secondary School Aliade, in Gwer west Local Government Area of Benue State.

The Catholic Bishop of Makurdi, Most Rev Wilfred Anagbe paid a visit to inspect the damaged caused by the unfortunate fire incident, which affected the major blocks of school.

However, the cause of the inferno is not yet known, Mount St Michael Secondary School has produced several popular personalities, such as Cardinal Onaikon who was the former Bishop of Abuja Arch Diocese.
