BREAKING: Benue South G-9 Secretary, Akor Ikwuoche attacked in Abuja

The PRO of G-9, a factional group in the All Progressives Congress in Benue South Senatorial District, Akor Ikwuoche, Saturday, narrowly escaped death by whiskers after he was attacked by hoodlums.

IDOMA VOICE gathered that Ikwuoche was beaten, his car windshield shattered and was left in the pool of his blood before help came his way.

He is currently undergoing treatment at an undisclosed hospital in Abuja.

The attack might not be unconnected with the ongoing internal crisis rocking the opposition party in Benue South.

His friend, Oky Banton, while reacting to the attack, said, “Omeifa! Akor Ikwuoche attacked early hours of today in Abuja, his vehicle shattered and he is lying critically injured in the hospital. God help us!”
