A Federal High Court in Abuja has issued an order prohibiting all parties involved in the lawsuit filed by suspended Senator Natasha Akpoti-Uduaghan against Senate President Godswill Akpabio and three others from granting press interviews on matters related to the case.

The ruling came on Friday after Kehinde Ogunwumiju (SAN), the legal representative for Akpabio, raised concerns that Akpoti-Uduaghan was making rounds on various television stations, discussing issues tied to her ongoing case.

Justice Binta Nyako, in her decision, stated that no press interviews would be allowed by any of the parties or their legal representatives concerning the subject matter of the case.

She also imposed a ban on the live streaming of court proceedings on social media.
