BREAKING: Joseph Utsev, Rector FedPoly Wannune makes Tinubu’s Ministerial list

Engr. Prof. Joseph Terlumun Utsev, the Rector, Federal Polytechnic, Wannune, has been nominated for ministerial position by President Bola Tinubu.

Utsev; a renowned civil and water engineer, academic, politician, philanthropist, entrepreneur and administrator of great repute was born into the Utsev Akaa family of Mbaakura, Mbagen in Buruku Local Government Area of Benue State.

He holds a Bachelor of Engineering Degree in Civil Engineering from the Federal University of Agriculture Makurdi where he graduated as the best graduating student in 2004 with 2nd Class Honours “Upper Division” in grade.
