BREAKING: Ochanya Ogbanje: Court discharges, acquits Andrew Ogbuja

The final judgement on the case of 13 years old girl, Elizabeth Ochanya, who was raped to death by one Mr Andrew Ogbuja and his son Victor Ogbuja, the Makurdi Magistrate Court has dismissed all four count charges and discharged the accused.

IDOMA VOICE recall that a Lecturer of the Department of Catering and Hotel Management at the Benue State Polytechnic , Ugbokolo, identified as Andrew Ogbuja, has been arraigned at the upper Area Court One in Makurdi, Benue, for Criminal Conspiracy and Rape of a 13 year old housemaid, Elizabeth Ochanya Ogbaje.
