Ondo election: Akeredolu defeats Jegede, Agboola with over 97k votes

With over 97,000 votes ahead of his opponents in the Saturday’s election in Ondo State, Governor Rotimi Akeredolu is set to be announced winner of the poll.

This is just as results collated from all the 18 LGAs where election took place in the state have been announced by INEC, IDOMA VOICE reports.

So far, Akeredolu polled 292,920 votes ahead of Jegede of PDP who got 195,791 votes and Agboola of ZLP who came third with 69,127 votes.

INEC is yet to announce winner of the contest.
