Dei Dei crisis: Goods worth billions of naira burnt as Hausa, Igbo traders clash

No fewer than five persons have been reportedly killed and houses set on fire in a clash between traders and okada riders at Dei Dei, a community in Abuja Municipal Area Council (AMAC) of the Federal Capital Territory (FCT).

Goods worth millions of naira were said to have been burnt down following the crisis that reportedly ensued between Hausa okada riders and Igbo traders at the DeiDei timber depot on Wednesday.

IDOMA VOICE reported earlier that problem started following an accident involving a bike man.
