A House of Representatives hopeful for Ado, Okpokwu and Ogbadibo Federal Constituency (Enone), Hon. Okoriko Abah, has unveiled his campaign office in Okpoga, Benue State, ahead of the 2027 general elections.

The campaign office is expected to serve as a coordination and mobilisation centre for supporters across the three local government areas that make up the Enone federal constituency.

Speaking during a visit to the office on Christmas Day, Okoriko, who is seeking the ticket of the All Progressives Congress (APC), said the office would function as a central link connecting party members and supporters in Ado, Okpokwu and Ogbadibo LGAs.

According to him, the establishment of the office underscores his commitment to grassroots engagement and inclusive representation ahead of the party’s primaries and the general election.

“This office will serve as a rallying point for our supporters across the three local governments. It is not just a campaign office, but a platform for consultation, mobilisation and unity,” he said.

Speaking on his chances at the forthcoming APC primaries, Okoriko expressed confidence in the party’s internal democratic process, noting that his aspiration is driven by a desire to deliver effective representation to the people of Enone.

He said his ambition is anchored on promoting development, strengthening legislative advocacy and ensuring that the interests of the constituency are adequately represented at the National Assembly.

The APC aspirant urged his supporters to remain peaceful, committed and united as the political process unfolds, stressing the importance of discipline and loyalty to the party.

He also called on party stakeholders across the constituency to support his aspiration, describing unity within the party as key to winning the Enone seat in 2027.

Okoriko assured constituents that, if elected, he would prioritise people-oriented legislation and projects aimed at improving the socio-economic wellbeing of the Enone people.
