Even in developed countries, school kidnapping takes place – Lai Mohammed
The Nigeria’s Minister of Information and Culture, Lai Mohammed, has faulted critics of the government over the constant adduction of school children in the country.
Recall that over 20 boys of a government school in Kagara, Niger State were kidnapped penultimate weeks ago.
The development triggered nationwide reactions with many calling for the resignation of the president.
However, Lai believes that the problem is not peculiar to Nigeria alone, adding that eve in developed nation, school kidnapping still takes place.
He made this assertion during an interview with Channels TV.
His words, “Even in the most developed countries of this world, school kidnapping takes place.”
