Francis Ottah sets to distribute hybrid crops seedlings, other farm materials to constituents (Photos)
In line with his campaign promises that he would encourage farmers in Enone constituency, the House of members for Ado/Ogbadibo/Okpokwu Federal Constituency, DR Francis Ottah Agbo begins the distribution of the hybrid, high- starch yielding and fortified Vitamin A cassava stems today, Sunday,30th June,2019.
According to the itinerary, the distribution will begin in Ado Local Government Area at exactly 12pm and then in Okpokwu @2pm today,30th June,2019.
By Sunday 7th July,the distribution of same materials will continue in Otukpa and round off the scheme in Ogbadibo LGA.
According to the founder,#Enayi_And_Ottah_Foundation and the consummate legislator representing the good people of Enone,Dr Francis Agbo Ottah,”This is our humble initiative meant to empower the widows and our vulnerable farmers. If judiciously utilised, our farmers will record bumper harvests and this will raise the political economy of our rural communities! I am distributing the cassava stems in partnership with the Enayi Ottah Foundation, an NGO I founded in honour of my beloved mother. I intend to do more the moment I start receiving my constituency allowance’.
