Gov Alia appoints 2Face Idibia as Technical Adviser on Entertainment and Community Outreach
Benue State Governor, Hyacinth Alia, has appointed renowned music icon, Innocent “2Face” Idibia, as the Technical Adviser on Entertainment and Community Outreach.
This appointment comes barely two days after the award-winning artiste visited Benue State with his fiancée, Natasha, to attend a symposium organized by the Och’Idoma.
This was announced on Wednesday by the Senior Special Assistant to the governor on new media.
2Face, a native of Benue, has long been celebrated not only for his contributions to Nigerian music but also for his active involvement in social advocacy and community development in his country home.
His new role is expected to bridge the gap between the government and the entertainment sector, while also fostering youth engagement and grassroots outreach initiatives.
