‘Kiddwaya is a local celebrity, I can’t envy him’ – Super Falcons star, Francisca Ordega replies critics 

Super Falcons striker, Francisca Ordega, has again fired back at those accusing her of being jealous of former BBNaija housemate, Kiddwaya.

The footballer on Saturday vented her anger over the failure of the state to celebrate her the way they welcomed the billionaire’s son to the state on Friday.

Miss Ordega had lamented that she has made the state proud for over ten years but never received such ovation in her country home, IDOMA VOICE reports.

Her comment triggered mixed reactions among social media users in the state with many persons insulting her for speaking up.

Some even accused her of being jealous of Kiddwaya’s exploits in BBNaija house.

However, Ordega in a live video on her Facebook page on Sunday, said she can’t be envious of someone who is only known in Nigeria.

She said, ”Some people said I am bitter and jealous of Kiddwaya, why? Why should I be jealous of someone who is only known in Nigeria? I am known across the world and he’s just known on Nigeria only.

“I have nothing against anybody. I only spoke my mind and if anyone feel offended, I am sorry.

“I am proud of Benue State. I love my state and I am ready to partner with anyone so we can take Benue State to greater heights.”
