Paris Saint-Germain (PSG) has dropped their star forward Kylian Mbappe from their preseason tour to Japan. The decision was made by the Ligue 1 champions and was reported by renowned transfer expert, Fabrizio Romano.

The 24-year-old sensation’s omission from the squad has sparked intense speculation, with sources revealing that PSG has now put Mbappe up for sale. This development comes as a significant surprise to fans and football enthusiasts around the world.

According to Romano’s tweet, PSG has taken this drastic step as they believe Mbappe wants to leave the club for free in 2024. However, it’s worth noting that the player himself has not communicated any such intention, despite Al Khelaifi’s public statement.

“Kylian Mbappé has been left out of the Paris Saint-Germain squad for the pre-season tour in Japan.

“Decision made by PSG tonight.

“Understand PSG consider Mbappé FOR SALE starting from today.

“Paris Saint-Germain feel Kylian Mbappé wants to leave for free in 2024 — he did not communicate anything yet despite Al Khelaifi’s public statement.

“PSG decided to EXCLUDE Kylian from Japan tournée,” Romano tweeted Friday night.
