Sadio Mane was on the scoresheet on Friday as Bayern Munich trashed Eintracht Frankfurt 6-1 in the Bundesliga opener.

10-time defending German champions Bayern München tore Eintracht Frankfurt apart in the first game of the 2022/23 Bundesliga season, thrashing the Europa League winners 6-1 at Deutsche Park Bank tonight.

Joshua Kimmich curls the direct free kick into the back of the net with the right foot in the 5th minute to open the scoreline.

Benjamin Pavard reacted first on the loose ball and put it away with the right in the 11th minute to increase the tally.

New signee, Sadio Mane headed home the ball after a fine assist from Serge Gnabry.

Two goals from Jamal Musiala and one from Serge Gnabry made it six for the visitors.
Randal Kolo Muani scored the only consolation goal for the hosts.
