  1. The Minister of Works, Sen. Dave Umahi, has officially flagged off the second phase of the construction and dualization of the Makurdi-Otukpo-9th Mile Road. The groundbreaking ceremony took place on Thursday at Apir, near Makurdi.

    During the event, Sen. Umahi announced the green light for the construction of a flyover at the Wurukum roundabout in Makurdi, Benue state, emphasizing that these projects align with President Tinubu’s vision for a renewed hope in Nigeria.

  2. The Supreme Court has upheld the confirmation of Ahmed Aliyu as Sokoto State governor.
