National Assembly reacts to appointment of James Oche, others as PCC Commissioners
In compliance with Section 2(1) of the Public Complaints Commission (PCC) Establishment Act, the leadership of the National Assembly has announced the appointments of the Chief Commissioner and Commissioners for the Commission.
According to a statement signed by Dr. Barde Umoru, Secretary, Research and Information, on behalf of the Clerk to the National Assembly, Alhaji Sani Magaji Tambawal, Alhaji Bashir Abubakar from Kaduna State has been appointed as the new Chief Commissioner for the PCC.
The newly appointed Commissioners for the 36 States and the Federal Capital Territory are as follows:
- Akwa Ibom: Mr. Ubong Uwah
- Kano State: Yusuf Abdullahi Ata
- Ekiti: Prince Olayisade Akintade Charles
- Borno: Abatcha Maaji
- Kwara: Falola Olanrewaju Jimoh
- Ebonyi: Dr. Achi Ezeora Christian
- Benue State: James Ogaba Oche
- Enugu: Barrister Edith Okoli
- Osun: Adekunle Alao
