Nottingham Forest are currently evaluating the possibility of securing the services of Porto’s defender, Zaidu Sanusi.

As reported by the Portuguese news outlet O Jogo, the club is enthusiastic about the prospect of including the Nigeria international in their lineup.

Previously, the 26-year-old has attracted interest from several English clubs.

In the previous summer, Sanusi came close to making a transfer to West Ham United.

Nottingham Forest is reportedly prepared to offer €15 million, inclusive of additional incentives, to secure the acquisition of the Nigerian player.

Sanusi, who primarily operates as a left-back, made his move from Santa Clara to Porto in 2020.

Throughout his time with the Dragons, he has showcased his capabilities by finding the net on four occasions in a total of 67 league appearances.
