The court will today give its verdict on the case brought before it by the lawmaker representing Ado, Okpokwu and Ogbadibo Federal Constituency, Francis Ottah Agbo, against the Peoples Democratic Party’s candidate, Aida Nath Ogwuche.
Ottah had approached the court after losing the ticket to Aida in the primary election of the party on the ground that the latter did formally resign before the exercise.
