He continued his academic journey, obtaining a Master’s degree from the University of Warwick, England, in 1987. His quest for knowledge led him to earn a Ph.D. in 1990 from the same university.

Over time, he ascended through the ranks and eventually became the Dean of the Faculty of Law.
