Security: Ado council boss, James Oche partners Ots’Apa, Apa Agila youths to return police presence to community
For over a decade now, Apa-Agila community has existed without any form of state security presence. This accounts for the high prevalence of crime and vices in the area. Ado Council boss in the bid to extend his security programs to the area where he hails from has taken the bull by the horn. Comrade Oche paid a consultative visit on the Ots’Apa and Apa-Agila youths on Monday with the aim of seeking partnership with the area in reestablishing Police post.
Oche noted on his visit that it remains a miracle how the area has survived without a police post for almost a decade. After seeking the partnership of Ots’Apa, the royal father expressed gratitude to the Chairman for his great program and his concern for the area. He pledged his total support for reestablishing police post in Apa noting that past leaders played deaf ears to the cry of inhabitants of the community.
Hon. Epeh speaking for the youths, recalled the countless times criminals terrorized the area without any fear of arrest. He described Oche’s security sagacity as positive indicator for growth of the entire Ado local government.
Oche on his part reiterated his commitment to uplifting the standard of living of Adolites anchoring his blue print on innovative security, Financial inclusion, Agriculture, Health and quality service delivery.
