Senator Abba Moro reacts as arsons burn down Secondary School in Okpoga

The senator representing Benue South Senatorial District and Senate Minority Leader, Comrade Abba Patrick Moro PhD, condemns, in strong terms, the burning down of Central UBE Secondary School at Ugwu-Okpoga, in Okpokwu LGA on Monday morning.

Senator Moro describes the attack as mindless and thoughtless, and wonders why anybody would burn down a place of learning that serves as a breeding ground for our children.

The senator charges law enforcement agents to fish out the arsonists who carried out the dastardly act with a view to bringing them to book, to serve as a deterrent to others.

He appeals to the community to be calm and allow the relevant government agents to properly investigate the attack.
