Governor Alia Swears in Serumun Aber as Benue’s First Female Secretary to the State Government

Benue State Governor, Hyacinth Alia, on Thursday made history by swearing in Serumun Aber as the first female Secretary to the State Government (SSG), IDOMA VOICE reports.
