The agency confirmed the arrests via its official X account on Friday. The suspects are identified as Michael Lawal, 35; Adeniyi Oludare, 18; Alex Loba, 24; and Gaffar Adenekan, 34.

The arrests took place in the Mushin area of the state. “Today, our officials captured four suspects involved in the sale of illicit substances at the Ojunrin axis in Mushin. They were caught red-handed,” the statement read.

The suspects have since been charged in court. Taskforce Chairman CSP Adetayo Akerele cautioned residents against participating in narcotics trade, warning of potential prosecution.
