Terwase Akwaza: Ortom’s former aide blasts Nigerian military for killing Gana
A Supervisory Councilor in Otukpo LGA of Benue State, Abuh King Shadrack has faulted the killing of Benue most wanted terrorist, Terwase Akwaza.
IDOMA VOICE reports that Gana was killed by after turned in himself, following the amnesty programme by the state government.
While on their way to Makurdi, some military men intercepted the vehicle and opened fire on him, Gaza died on the spot.
Reacting, Abuh, who was an aide to Governor Ortom, said his killing is totally in flagrant abuse of the Geneva Convention
He wrote, “The killing of Gana that occurred today is totally in flagrant abuse of the Geneva Convention. Men should be guarded by rules, lest we fall lower than animals.
“The military was wrong in killing Gana.”
