Three siblings found dead in freezer buried amid tears in Anambra

Three siblings have reportedly been discovered dead inside a freezer in Nnewichi, Nnewi North Local Government Area of Anambra State.
Authorities report that the victims identified as Chikaima (9), Chimziterem (8), and Chimdirim (5) were murdered by unknown assailants who then placed their remains in a deep freezer.
During a requiem held at St. Michael’s Catholic Church, Cardinal Ebere Okpalaeke, the Archbishop of the Ekwulobia Diocese, invoked the biblical story of Cain and Abel, describing the tragic event as echoing the first murder in history.
He noted that the young victims, killed at an early age, have now become martyrs.
The remains of the children were laid to rest on Saturday amid tearful mourning by their family and community members in Nnewichi.
