Lateef Fagbemi, a distinguished Jurist and Senior Advocate of Nigeria (SAN), was born on June 22, 1956, in Ijagbo, Kwara State, Nigeria. He has made remarkable contributions to the development of law and justice in Nigeria, and his expertise and professionalism in the legal profession are widely recognized. Lateef Fagbemi has been involved in various high-profile cases and currently serves as the All-Progressive Congress (APC) team lead attorney to defend the 2023 presidential election result in court.

Early Life and Education: Lateef Fagbemi spent his formative years in Kwara State and attended the University of Lagos, where he obtained his Bachelor of Law degree. He further pursued a Master of Laws degree from the same institution, solidifying his legal knowledge and skills.
