TRI TOWER: Another Idoma son, Lawrence Emmanuel of PromiseLand Estate unveils 22-storey luxury project in Abuja
Another Idoma-born real estate entrepreneur, Amb. Lawrence Emmanuel MON, is set to develop a 22-storey luxury mixed-use project in Abuja.
The new project, known as Tri Tower Abuja, is being promoted by PromiseLand Estate, led by Oloche, its Chief Executive Officer.
Located in the Central Business District of the Federal Capital Territory, the proposed development is designed to combine residential, commercial, hospitality and recreational facilities within a single destination.
According to the developers, the project will feature serviced apartments and luxury residences, including studio, one-bedroom and two-bedroom apartments, as well as four-bedroom penthouses.
The planned facilities also include sky restaurants and lounges, retail and entertainment spaces, a swimming pool, a fully equipped gym and wellness centre, smart-building technology and premium security.
Tri Tower Abuja is also expected to accommodate dedicated commercial and business spaces, alongside hospitality and short-let investment opportunities.
PromiseLand Estate said the development is designed to appeal to investors seeking premium property for personal use and potential rental income.
The project is being positioned as an addition to Abuja’s evolving luxury real estate market, where developers are pursuing high-rise buildings that combine residential accommodation with business, hospitality and lifestyle services.
IDOMA VOICE reports that Peter Adejoh, Chairman of Prime Luxury Address, recently unveiled plans for The Royalties Abuja, a proposed 20-storey luxury apartment development in partnership with Periwinkle Empire.
