Job Description: Regular Laborer

Smartime Consulting, a highly experienced staffing company in the employment sector, offers a variety of staffing services in the Greater Toronto Area. We provide employment opportunities for both skilled and unskilled workers in diverse industries such as warehouses, food manufacturing, construction parts, and auto parts, among others.

Job Responsibilities: As a general laborer and machine operator at an auto parts manufacturer, your primary responsibilities will include:

1. Packaging finished products in boxes.
2. Loading and unloading trucks.
3. Maintaining a clean and organized work environment.
4. Inspecting products for quality and adherence to specifications.
5. Performing other tasks as assigned.

Work Environment and Conditions: You can expect the following working conditions:

• A fast-paced environment.
• Flexibility in working hours, including overtime.
• Physical requirements: bending, twisting, lifting, and reaching.
• Work in a hot environment and locations with slippery conditions.
• Ability to lift objects weighing up to 50lbs.

Qualifications and Requirements: To be eligible for this position, you must meet the following criteria:

• Be at least 18 years old.
• Have legal authorization to work in Canada.
• Demonstrate a strong commitment to safety and adherence to quality procedures.
• Follow instructions effectively and communicate well.
• Possess a clean criminal history.

Type of Work: Full-Time

Pay Range: $15-$18 per hour
