Herdsmen invade Benue community, kill farmer

Suspected Fulani herdsmen have killed one Mr. Ioryem Makondo in Che Agbe Mbayer/Yandev area of Benue State was yesterday morning.

Guma is the hometown of the state governor, Samuel Ortom.

It was gathered that his relations have brought the corpse to Udei village for burial.

Confirming the attack, Anthony Shawon, Chairman, Guma Local Government Area of Benue State said the case has been reported to the army in Udei.
